What is Memento?
Memento is a relationship CRM and digital business card platform in one. It helps you create shareable digital cards, capture new contacts, organize relationship context, and follow up with the people who matter.
What can I manage in Memento?
You can manage contacts, notes, tags, groups, reminders, digital cards, brand assets, card analytics, contact requests, exports, subscription settings, and account settings from your Memento workspace.
Is Memento available on web and mobile?
Yes. Use the web app for the full workspace: contacts, digital cards, groups, reminders, analytics, exports, and settings. Use the mobile apps for fast capture, scanning, contact sync, NFC and QR sharing, and networking on the go.
How can I share my digital business card?
You can share by QR code, public link, NFC where supported, email, text, social channels, and vCard download. Recipients can open your public card without needing a Memento account.
Can people send their contact info back to me?
Yes. Public card recipients can submit their details back to you. You can review incoming contact requests, approve the information you want to keep, and add approved people to your CRM.
What import and sync options are available?
Memento supports contact paths from phone contacts and Google Contacts where available, plus mobile capture from LinkedIn QR codes and business cards, contact requests, CSV and vCard exports, Zapier workflows, Outlook contact workflows, and approved API access depending on your plan and setup.
Can I export my contacts and create a backup?
Yes. You can export contacts from Settings in CSV, VCF, or both formats. Exports are sent to the email address on your account and can be used as a backup or imported into other services.
How secure is my data?
Security matters to us. Memento uses Auth0 authentication, encrypted app traffic, managed cloud infrastructure, and access controls to protect your account and relationship data. If you suspect suspicious activity, contact support@mementocrm.com.
Do you sell or share my contact data?
No. We do not sell your contact data. We use data to operate, support, secure, and improve Memento as described in our Privacy Policy.
What plan should I choose?
Free is for getting started. Pro adds more relationship, sharing, and workflow capacity. Pro Max is for advanced AI, design, and higher-volume use. Business is for teams, approved API workflows, onboarding, and custom support. You can compare plans on the Pricing page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can manage your subscription from Settings. Canceling stops renewal and paid access continues through the current billing period. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, manage cancellation through that store. Stripe subscriptions open the billing portal from the app.
Can I switch plans?
Free or expired accounts can start checkout for available paid plans. Active paid plan upgrades and downgrades are temporarily unavailable on the web while plan switching support is completed. You can still manage your current subscription from Settings or contact us about a Business plan.
What happens if I delete my account?
Account deletion permanently removes your account data, including contacts, business cards, and profile data. This action cannot be undone, so export your data first. If mobile synchronization is active, you may need to disable sync from the mobile app before deleting your account.
Can I restore my account if I delete it?
No. Once you delete your account, that action is irreversible. You would need to sign up again, recreate your cards, re-populate contacts, and reconnect any services from scratch.
What happens if I lose my device?
Download the app again or open the web app, sign in with your credentials, and your Memento account data will appear on the new device.
